Along with our dentist, Dr. Yasaman Roland, we have a small, highly experienced team of professionals helping us to provide superior patient care and outstanding results.

Dentist — Dr. Yasaman Roland, DDS, LVIF

Dr. Roland has a unique approach to oral & total body health she believes in the inextricable relationship between the head and the rest of the body, such that the care offered at The Center for Innovative Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics is thoughtfully designed with regard to your lifelong well-being. The mechanisms that make up the teeth and jaws can also influence an individual’s facial development, breathing, posture, and musculature, meaning conventional dentistry methods that treat the teeth and gums in isolation fail to consider the total body health of a patient. By examining these elements during a careful consultation, Dr. Roland seeks to determine the root cause of a problem and develop a comprehensive solution, rather than blindly treating symptoms without addressing the underlying issues. This can allow patients to receive effective care that is designed to prevent complications in the long-run, whether they are being treated for TMJ Disorder or sleep apnea, or simply undergoing smile rejuvenation or a routine check-up. Dr. Roland is a Class of 2001 graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School. She completed a general practice residency at York Hospital, PA in 2002. Dr. Roland then worked as an associate dentist in a general practice in Southern Maryland before she opened The Center for Innovative Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics in January 2008.Dr. Roland continued her post-graduate training at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) and The Prestigious Facial Beauty Institute. Dr. Roland has since been selected multiple times as a “Top Dentist in America” by the Consumers Research Council of America.
Due to constant changes in the world of dentistry, along with the evolution of science, Dr. Roland and her team invest in education every year. This allows Dr. Roland to give her family of patients world-class care and state-of-the-art technology. Furthermore all the education and support has helped her formulate her exclusive treatments that she offers.

Her husband, Jason and Dr. Roland have 4 children and enjoy spending active quality time with the family. In her limited spare time, Dr. Roland enjoys her quiet time practicing yoga, she also enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking her native Mediterranean dishes.

LVI Fellow: LVIF is the distinction awarded to those who have completed the LVI CORE Curriculum which includes a minimum of 177 continuing dental education hours of training in advanced aesthetics, and Physiologic science, and who has successfully completed a comprehensive examination.

Debbie Sarratt, DA

Debbie (better known as Dee Dee) joined Dr. Roland's practice over a decade ago. After retiring from a finance career in 2008, she decided to venture into the dental profession. After attending Anne Arundel Community College and obtaining her Dental Assistant/Radiology license, the stars brought Dr. Roland and Debbie together.

Debbie has lived in the Annapolis area for over 20 years and enjoys playing golf and spending time around the water.

Cole Clayton

Cole works remotely with Dr Roland, helping patients strengthen their lips, face and tongue muscles and improve breathing patterns. Funny as it may sound, these things can have a big impact on the outcomes of treatment. With simple, gentle exercises and a drop of humor Cole has been able to maximize tele-health platforms to assist Dr Roland's patients get the most out of his sessions.

Cole is an Australian qualified osteopath with additional qualifications in Clinical Rehabilitation and Health Promotion.

Lori Hall

Lori Hall is a Licensed Esthetician and a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in holistic skin care and therapeutic massage. As the owner of Skin Sense Body Balance, she takes pride in providing each of her clients a unique experience, tailoring treatments to each individual's needs.

Drawing upon extensive experience and continuing education, Lori brings to the skin treatment room a clear understanding of many conditions, their root causes, and different ways to treat them. Skincare modalities range from natural organic, to the latest advancements and technologies available to Licensed Estheticians. As a 30+ year resident of Annapolis, Lori is aware of the special skincare challenges that "living on the bay" can bring. Known for her facial treatments, each facial is customized based on the analysis of your skin and lifestyle. An expert performing Lash Lifts, Brow Design and Lamination, and Tinting,
her clients are thrilled with the results!
